Travel for Stress Management and Mental Health

Travel is a passion of ours and a key element in our strategy to minimize and reduce stress. We work seven days a week and so taking time off to be with each other, experience new places and things and see things in a different way is important to our mental health.

Fun fact: Ren speaks French fluently so speaking, reading and even thinking in another language is a great way to maintain brain connectivity.
