There is a positive connection between art and mental health. Artistic and creative activities are known to potentially lower stress levels and promote mental calmness.

Art therapy can be used to give us the opportunity to slow down, reduce anxiety, and help us process our feelings.

Both creating and enjoying art have been shown to be helpful. Recent studies and research have shown that visiting an art gallery or a museum can positively impact your health and well-being, like lowering anxiety and depression and boosting critical thinking skills.

We had a great time visiting the Louvre in Paris. The Louvre is the largest museum in the world and you could easily spend days exploring.
