Wishing Wellness Mini Banana Muffins

Do you have ten minutes and a couple of ripe bananas?

Make these! You'll be glad you did! They also freeze really well!

To make you'll need:

Two ripe bananas

2 Eggs

1 Cup of Peanut Butter or Almond Butter (we use sugar free)

2 tsp Vanilla Extract

2 tbsp Honey (We use local)

1/2 tbsp Baking Powder

4 Chocolate Chips per mini bite.

Mix all the ingredients except for the chocolate chips together- use coconut oil to grease the mini tins and scoop it in. Add chocolate chips.

Bake at 400F for 8min
