Wishing Wellness Overnight Oats:
Ingredients
1/2 cup whole rolled oats
1/2 cup almond milk or light coconut milk, more as needed
1/2 teaspoon maple syrup or honey
Pinch of sea salt
Mix ingredients in a jar and shake well.
Optional: dash of cinnamon, a drop of vanilla extract
Serve with fruit like apples, banana, oranges, blueberries, strawberries.Keep refrigerated.
