Prepping Fresh Ginger

These are ginger cakes which we make regularly.

We buy fresh organic ginger and pulse it in the food processor until it’s the desired consistency. (We leave skin on)

We then fill up 1 Tbsp into silicone mini muffin trays, place them on metal cookie trays and let them freeze.

Once frozen, we store them in a ziplock.

We these are easy to use when cooking, making recipes and using for tea.
