Almond Butter Cups / Healthy Reese's peanut butter cup
1/2 cup unsweetened chocolate chips
1 tsp melted coconut oil
3/4 cup almond butter
3/4 cup almond flour
2tbs cup maple syrup or honey
1 scoop collagen (optional)
A few dashes of cinnamon
A few dashes of salt
Mix the almond flour, collagen (if you choose), cinnamon & salt, nut butter, maple syrup together until it forms a thick dough and set aside. Combine chocolate with coconut oil and heat until melted. Line your cupcake pan with baking cups or use a silicon mini muffin tray, and put just enough chocolate in each to lightly fill the bottom. Fill each cup with the dough, you can form little patties and drop them in, and top with the rest of the chocolate.
