What the Doc Eats (Drinks):

To make #Kombucha all you need is:

Black tea
Sugar
Starter or vinegar
Scoby

The ratios on various websites differ and experimenting with what works in the specific conditons to your home/region may take some trial and error.

We used about 1 cup of sugar per 4 cups of tea there was about 2 cups of starter liquid and 1 scoby.
This sat with a cloth covering it for about 6 days until it started fizzing and we liked the taste of it. Experimenting at different times of the year has given us different results.
