Thai Cooking Class

When we were in Thailand, we discovered the true essence of Thai cooking, a whole mind-body experience! 🌶️

We spent time learning about authentic Thai flavors. From crushing fresh lemongrass and kaffir lime leaves for our Tom Yum Kung (those aromas! 😍), to mastering the perfect wok-toss for Pad Thai. The secret? It's all about balance - sweet, sour, spicy, and salty working together in harmony.

Our hands-on experience making red curry paste from scratch transformed simple ingredients into liquid gold. (Check out our stories to see Dr. Scott making the paste in the traditional way). Making mango sticky rice taught us the beauty of patience and letting natural sweetness shine through.

These recipes came home with us, along with a deeper appreciation for Thai cuisine.
