Cashew Cream Sauce

This creamy (Alfredo like) sauce is versatile and can be used on pasta, as a white sauce on pizza and to added extra flavor to veggies. We like it on anything with mushrooms. It keeps well in the fridge for about a week.

Cashew Cream Sauce

1 1/2 cups cashews

1 cup water

1tsp garlic

1/2 tsp salt

1/8 cup Nutritional yeast

Mix in a blender- we use a Vitamix. Ready to serve.

We keep it in a glass container in the fridge for up to a week.
