This tastes similar to sauce we’ve had at Venezuelan restaurants, often served over arepas or plantains.
We add this to everything: as a salad dressing, over brown rice or quinoa, with protein, on a sandwich, etc.
Here is Dr. Scott’s dairy free Creamy Cilantro Sauce:
Ingredients
1 can full fat coconut milk
2 cloves of garlic (or more to taste)
1 bunch cilantro
1/2 tsp of salt
Blend all ingredients until smooth (blender or food processor).
Store in fridge for up to 2 weeks
