It allows you to tune into your body and bring focus to various parts of your body. By virtue of holding poses for several minutes at a time, you are challenging not only your body but your mind into stillness. ⁠

You can do slow and stretchy yoga anywhere and don’t need much space or even a mat. It’s also great when you use props and adds new elements to your stretches. ⁠

This practice is ideal for anyone with a high intensity life looking to create balance and take time to slow down. This practice is also good for beginner and anyone looking for a more restorative approach to yoga and stretching. ⁠
