This time of year it is easy to find #glutenfree pie crusts in most grocery stores.
We use gluten free pie crust to make quiches. You can fill them with any vegetables, mushrooms or proteins you like and add your quiche filling.
For these we used chopped spinach, seasoning: salt, pepper, garlic powder, nutmeg, eggs and almond milk.
They are great for any meal of the day!
