We Did It!

Iron Body 108 Day Qigong Training!

Feeling stronger physically and mentally, this training has provided us with consistency and strength.

Taking time each day to make training a priority was at times not easy. We typically trained in the morning, although preferred the afternoon and at times did it past our bed time.

Meditating daily for 108 days has been transformative and continuing to study both Qigong and Meditation during this time reinforced how necessary metal clarity is, especially on the days that one feels less inclined.
