Chia seed pudding is a staple in our home- Just tried making a mix with 1/2 chia seeds and 1/2 steel cut oats and it turned out great!
Dr. Scott's Breakfast Oatmeal
Ingredients:
1/2 cup Chia Seeds
1/2 cup Steel Cut Oats
1 tbsp Maple Syrup
1 tsp of vanilla extract
1 3/4 Almond Milk
Mix together- shake vigorously- let sit overnight in the fridge- Enjoy with your favorite fruits and nuts!
